A. Marketing and Benefits of Network

What is the purpose of LawQuoNet.com?

We’ve set up this special web site specifically to enable lawyers and law firms to browse our network of legal sites, providing you the exclusive marketing opportunity - for one month - to place a legal information article on the legal domain(s) of your choice and/or to exclusively reserve the right - for one month - to receive legal queries coming from your area code on the domain(s) of your choice.

All legal web sites within the network are branded as part of the LawQuo.com network of legal sites - and are linked to the LawQuo.com site, which is set up to direct visitors to the legal sites within the network.

What makes your network of legal sites stand out from any other?

In our view, we have the strongest branded network of legal category domain names under one umbrella. Whether a potential client is looking for information on Construction Damages (ConstructionDamages.com), Support Arrears (SupportArrears.com), Contract Breaches (ContractBreaches.com), Bankruptcy Declarations (BankruptcyDeclarations.com) or Wrongful Termination Claims (WrongfulTerminationClaims.com), our domain names signal exactly the kind of legal content a visitor can expect.

Our network of legal sites also covers a wide variety of potential legal clients, from Criminal Defendants (CriminalDefendants.com), to Civil Plaintiffs (CivilPlaintiffs.com), Harassment Victims (HarassmentVictims.com), Common Law Spouses (CommonLawSpouses.com), Foreclosed Homeowners (ForeclosedHomeowners.com), Legal Beneficiaries (LegalBeneficiaries.com), Trademark Registrants (TrademarkRegistrants.com), Harassed Debtors (HarassedDebtors.com), Negligence Victims (NegligenceVictims.com), and more.

How many legal sites are in your network?

As of this writing, several hundred.

Are all the sites owned by LawQuo.com Inc.?

Yes.

So if I have won the exclusive right to an article placement, and/or all queries from my area code, on the sites(s) of my choice, how will a potential client find their way to the site(s)?

Since each site in the network is branded as a member of, and linked to, LawQuo.com, each of several hundred web sites serves as an effective online advertisement for the umbrella site, which will feature the member domain(s) under their relevant legal sub-categories. On the umbrella site, a visitor can easily find any of our strongly descriptive domain names simply by searching under the relevant legal sub-category. That is one crucial advantage of being part of a branded network.

The umbrella site also features a perpetually scrolling (and clickable) “ticker” bar that lists all the legal web sites on the network, providing further opportunities for a potential visitor to view your legal article or to send a query through your chosen web site(s).

The LawQuo.com homepage will also feature, on a revolving basis, the legal articles that have been placed exclusively on the sites within the network - thereby providing visitors an additional opportunity to find your chosen legal site.

Each legal web site within the network also has its own scrolling “ticker” bar that lists the network sites under that site’s legal category - providing still another opportunity for a visitor to find your site(s) within that legal subject area.

So, at the end of the day, there are literally hundreds of alternative routes to your site(s), all of them accessed through the branded network of sites.

But let us not forget the most crucial point that our descriptive domain names effectively serve as advertisements in their own right. If, for instance, a visitor to any of the sites within the network is a victim of a police assault, one look at the domain name Police Assaults.com, and nothing more need be said.

With so many sites in the network, won’t my reserved site(s) just get lost in the shuffle?

Not at all. With 31 different legal subject categories listed on the LawQuo.com homepage, breaking down into more than 200 targeted sub-categories, there simply aren’t a large number of domains to feature under any particular sub-category. Moreover, since we are bundling up a number of conceptually related domains as sets for the purposes of bidding, we’ve significantly cut down on the possibilities of duplication, making it that much easier for you to lock up a sub-category and target the kind of potential client interested in that sub-category.

How many of your sub-categories are also listed as domain names?

With a handful of exceptions, almost all of them. Whether a potential client is scanning the sub-categories to Sue Banks (SueBanks.com), Sue Employers (SueEmployers.com), or to Sue Insurers (SueInsurers.com); whether a potential client is looking into filing Consumer Fraud Complaints (ConsumerFraudComplaints.com), Divorce Claims (DivorceClaims.com), or Refugee Claims (RefugeeClaims.com); whether they are Disability Claimants (DisabilityClaimants.com) or Toxic Injury Victims (ToxicInjuryVictims.com), or whether they’re suffering from Product Liability Injuries (ProductLiabilityInjuries.com) or the victims of Doctor’s Negligence (DoctorsNegligence.com) - we list over 200 of these sub-categories, most of which are about as basic as you can get for a legal sub-category. And we have most of them locked up as domain names. That’s why we refer to such sites as “sub-category domains.”

Are “sub-category domains” generally stronger than those that aren’t?

Not necessarily. Under the sub-category of Pollution Complaints, for instance, you might determine that PollutionVictims.com or EnvironmentalOffenses.com is more of a “fit” for the kind of client you hope to attract. Perhaps the content of your article is better served by one domain over another. In the end, it’s your call to make.

I am rather new to the notion of marketing my practice online. Any tips for how I can get the most “bang” out of being a part of your network?

B. Making Best Offers

How high would I have to bid to reserve an exclusive article placement, and/or to receive queries, for a domain or set of domains?

We’ll take the best offer, with no minimum reserve. Potentially, that means that you can lock up the exclusive placement for a site, or for a set of sites, for less than the price it would cost you to place a small line ad among thousands of others in an online directory.

If I place the best offer for one month, what happens to my exclusive placement if someone else places the best offer for the subsequent month?

We want to give our clients an incentive for getting in early and locking up a domain placement. For all those who have won an exclusive domain placement for the month, we will grant you the right to match any best offer coming in for the subsequent month. So, if you’ve won your placement, you need not engage in a bidding war for the subsequent month. Just sit tight and wait for any best offer that tops yours from the previous month. It is then your call whether you choose to match the offer or cede your exclusive placement on that domain.

In the ensuing months, if your placements are continuing to pay off for you, and as lawyers contend for limited slots within the network, no other lawyer can dislodge you unless you opt not to match the best competing offer.

So get in early and lock up your exclusive placements for the best domains - and lock out your competition thereafter.

If I win the best offer for one month, will I be obligated to continue for the subsequent month?

No. Your payment obligation only applies to the month for which you entered your best offer.

Do I need to notify you if I choose not to continue for the subsequent month?

No. We’ll notify you by email to place your bid for the upcoming month. If you do not respond within the required time frame, you simply lose your right to a placement for the subsequent month, along with your right to match any competing best offer.

Would you notify me if my best offer has been topped by someone else?

Yes. If someone has topped your best offer before the close of bidding, you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to place a new offer.

Can I retain my right to match a best offer for the subsequent month if my new bid is less than the bid for the last month?

To retain your right to match a best offer for the subsequent month, your new bid must be at least the same amount as the bid from last month (i.e. the bid amount that secured you that right). Where you match a best offer, your bid amount for the subsequent month must be at least the same as the matched offer from the previous month (only if you want to retain your right to match an offer); and so on.

Can I place offers to reserve exclusive article placements, and/or to receive queries, for as many legal sites, or sets of sites, as I desire?

Yes. You may place your best offer for as many domains or sets as you desire.

C. Exclusive Article Placements

If I win the bid for a set of domains, may I place a different article on each site within the set?

Yes. You can also place the same article for each site within the set.

Are there any limitations on the content and length of an article?

An article must be at least 500 words (there is no maximum length). It is must be informational, and not simply serve as a glorified advertisement of your services, since we want to preserve the overall informational value of the network for our visitors, which in turn, will benefit all our clients within the network (yourself included). The article(s) should also be relevant to the domain(s) or set(s) that are chosen, and should not infringe any copyright.

Our full guidelines and requirements are set out in our Terms and Conditions to which all clients must assent upon securing an accepted offer.

D. Exclusive Queries

How does a visitor to a site place a query?

On each site, there is a tab and a house ad to Find a Lawyer in your City. A visitor who clicks thereon will be prompted to select an area code and to specify his/her question, to be sent out to the lawyer who has reserved that area code on that domain. Some sites will additionally have a special questionnaire, which might impact on the value you accord for such a domain when placing your best offer for queries.

Do you place any limits on the number of queries I can receive?

No. If you have placed the best offer, you have an unlimited, exclusive right - for one month - to receive all queries coming through your selected area code(s) on the domain(s) or set(s) of your choice.

Will the queries be coming to my email address?

No. All queries will come into a special account assigned to the person who has secured the best offer. This way, your privacy and email address are protected. With your own account, you may simply peruse, and respond to, those incoming queries that interest you the most.

We will, however, notify you by email whenever an incoming query comes into your account so that you may keep on top of things.

What if I want to reserve queries from more than one area code for a domain or a set?

You may do so, but you must make a separate offer for each additional area code. So, for instance, if you wanted to reserve queries coming from four different area codes on a domain or set of your choice, you would have to make four separate offers to lock up the four area codes for the month.

If I win the bid for a set of domains, does that mean that I can receive queries coming from my chosen area code(s) through all the domains in that set?

Yes.

E. Uploading Articles and Viewing Queries

How may I upload articles and/or view my incoming queries?

Once we have received payment for the month, we will assign you an account password, which you may use to log in to your own account. On your account page, you may upload your article(s) and/or view your incoming queries.
